How to recover SDB account

I can't access my SDB account, what should I do?

If you can no longer access to your SDB account due to your device stolen, device being corrupted or accidentally delete your 2FA app. 


Ensure that all information provided is accurate and matches the details in order to protect your account's security.


You must include all the following items in the email.


  • Your Name
  • Your Registered Email
  • Your Birthday (DD/MM)
  • Your Phone number (optional)
  • Last 4 Digits IC
  • Secondary Email to Contact You


  • Your SDB Username
  • Your SDB UID
  • Your SDB Wallet Address
  • Your SDB Account QR Code (optional)

  • Your Account Registration Date

     (Please describe the nearest date of SDB account registration, if you can remember it.)

  • Last 3 transactions with your SDB account

    (Please describe last 3 transactions that you remember, include date, time, amount, receiver's      username, type of transaction or anything relevant.)
